Stockwell Water & Gas is fully licensed with a complete environmental management plan and work health safety management plan in place for our contractors. We are happy to adjust our paperwork to suit your requirements.
Our plant and equipment is well-maintained, has service records and plant risk assessments. Pre-starts are available and we are happy for you to inspect the plant before we start. If you have special requirements, let us know and we’ll do our best to meet them.

Meet the people behind Stockwell Water & Gas
We’re Stuart and Jayne Stockwell and we are life-long Territorians, raising our family in the beautiful Darwin rural area. We’re a humble mum-and-dad business just trying to deliver great quality to our clients and give back to our community.
Stuart has been a plumber, drainer and gasfitter for more than 25 years and does the hands-on work in the business. He’s ably supported by Jayne who keeps the business ticking in the background. We’re just a regular family running a business.
We’re 100% local – living, employing and buying locally. We have pride in our work so you’ll get a great result every time.
Supporting our community
As life-long-Territorians, we are committed to giving back to the community that supports us. We’re regular donors to causes that matter in the Top End and often donate our time and equipment to local sporting and community groups including Swampdogs Rugby Union, Darwin Karts and local schools.
The rural area is a small, tight-knit community and we know how important giving back is.
